Terms & Conditions – Ersaal Hub JazzCash Subscription

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Ersaal Hub, in partnership with JazzCash and its authorized partners (“we”, “our”, “us”).

We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Access

• The Service is available to users in Pakistan who subscribe through the JazzCash payment gateway.
• Users must have a valid JazzCash-enabled payment method to subscribe and access the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all subscription details are accurate and that your device and JazzCash account or wallet remain active for uninterrupted access.
• A compatible mobile device and internet connection may be required to access certain features of the Service.

3. Subscription & Charging

• By subscribing through JazzCash, you agree to be charged according to your selected subscription plan.
• The Service is billed at PKR 300 per month, unless otherwise stated.
• Charging begins immediately upon successful subscription via JazzCash.
• The Service renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you unsubscribe before renewal.
• Subscription fees are deducted directly from your JazzCash account or authorized payment method.

4. Validity & Auto-Renewal

• Monthly Package: Valid for 30 days from the time of activation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew every month if sufficient funds are available in your JazzCash account or linked payment method at the time of renewal.
• Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in suspension or termination of Service access.

5. Unsubscription

You may unsubscribe at any time through:

• The in-app or web cancellation option.
• The JazzCash unsubscription mechanism provided for the Service.

Once unsubscribed, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are applicable for partially used subscription periods.

6. Service Use & Responsibility

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• You agree to use the Service solely for personal and lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient JazzCash balance or payment authorization for recurring charges.
• You must not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service or its content.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are securely processed through JazzCash and its authorized payment partners.
• All charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or where required by applicable law.
• If you experience any billing issue or duplicate charge, you may contact customer support for assistance.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Ersaal Hub content, software, user interface, branding, features, graphics, and related materials are owned or licensed by Ersaal Hub.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal purposes only.

9. Service Updates & Changes

We may periodically introduce new features, improve existing functionality, or update pricing and subscription plans to enhance your experience.

Any significant changes will be communicated via SMS, in-app notifications, or official JazzCash channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted Service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party dependencies.

Neither Ersaal Hub nor JazzCash shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the user and the Ersaal Hub/JazzCash support teams before pursuing any legal remedies.
